Saturday afternoon 6.3.10, violent thunderstorms with heavy rain and hailstones
hit Melbourne. The Dandenongs were severely hit with flash flooding, strong
winds and hailstones from the size of golf ball to baseballs. Large parts

Many calls came in for the SES with calls for help for trees on houses
and leaking roofs.
With so many calls, Emerald SES asked fro assistants from Dandenong CFA
Brigades to help priorities and assist with fallen trees in the Emerald

Thanks to all the Dandenong Brigades with their assistants and help.
