Training

CFA volunteers receive nationally recognised and accredited training courses.

You don't need to have experience to join the Brigade. We will provide you with the skills you need depending on the role you choose.

The skills you will learn include:

* Basic Fire Ground Practices
* Pump Operation
* Fire Safety Awareness
* Radio Communications
* Breathing Apparatus
* First Aid
* Leadership Skills

All CFA members are fully trained before attending fires or other incidents.
